Our commercial geothermal heat pumps come with an industry standard warranty to protect you against manufacturer defects. Your commercial heat pump’s warranty covers defective components and is valid for one year from the date of installation, or one year and sixty days from the date of shipment, whichever comes first. To qualify for your warranty, ensure your installer submits the start up record (included with all machines) within 21 days of installation.
