Heat Pump Installation Manuals
Every heat pump ships with a manual. This manual contains important information on the correct installation of the unit, and the start-up sheet. You need to submit the start-up sheet after you install the heat pump so it will qualify for our warranty.

Heat Pump Sales Brochures
Sales brochures can be a helpful way to demonstrate the size, scope and capabilities of a geothermal installation to your clients. We have a variety of hard copy sales brochures available on topics ranging from an introduction to geothermal heat pumps to our commercial project portfolio. All of our individual products also have product brochures.

Heat Pump Specifications
Specifications provide helpful information about our heat pumps in a much more condensed version that our full-sized manuals. Specifications documents are available for each type of heat pump in our product line.
Where to Find Them
You can download individual specification documents on the corresponding product page. If they are currently unavailable, contact us for the most up-to-date version.
Geothermal Installation Start-Up Sheets
Start-up sheets must be completed and submitted after every heat pump installation. We use this sheet to determine that the heat pump has been correctly installed. Without it, we can’t warranty the heat pump (because improper installation could cause future defects, not our manufacturing process).
Where to Find Them
There is a start-up sheet in the manual that ships with the heat pump. If you’ve lost your manual or you need a new start-up sheet, contact us and we’ll email you the appropriate sheet for your heat pump.
Warranty
Our comprehensive warranties allow coverage of replacement parts and labor allowances. We have two types of warranties: the residential heat pump warranty and the commercial heat pump warranty. Each warranty has industry standard coverage for our heat pumps.
Where to Find Them
You can find a short version of our warranty in every heat pump manual we distribute. For more detailed information, our residential heat pump warranty can be downloaded below. This long-form version includes labour allowances for service work. Please note that this is the warranty that applies to heat pumps sold today. If your heat pump is older, an older warranty may apply. Contact us with the heat pump’s serial number, and we’ll tell you if it’s still under warranty. For commercial heat pump warranty, a copy of our warranty is shipped with each heat pump. You can also download a copy below.
